CNC Programmer   CNC Mill Machinist

POSITION: CNC Programmer

We are seeking qualified candidates available to work on the following days and times:
Day Shift: Monday – Friday: 7:00AM-5:00PM (Saturdays as needed)

JOB SUMMARY:

Snoe Inc. Machining & Welding is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components to exact specifications. This is a hands-on position requiring full-cycle ownership—from interpreting prints to final part production, working alongside a CNC Set Up Machinist.

You will program using Edgecam at a dedicated workstation, set up and run your own jobs, and make necessary program edits in Edgecam. We’re looking for a skilled machinist who can confidently handle both programming and machining with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop CNC programs using CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work after hours when required.
  • Stay current in technological advancements and embrace growth opportunities.
  • Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
  • Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
  • Must have knowledge of Edgecam/Solidworks.
  • Set up machines and prove CNC programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Edgecam) for programming CNC machines.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, including milling, turning, and drilling.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100D quality management systems and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining or related field.
  • Must have machining experience.
  • Extensive experience with computer modeling software.

POSITION: CNC Mill Machinist

We are currently seeking qualified candidates available to work on the following days and times:

  • Day Shift: Monday – Friday: 7:00AM-5:00PM (Saturdays as needed)
  • Night Shift: Monday – Friday: 3:30PM-12:00AM

JOB SUMMARY:

Snoe Inc. Machining & Welding is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to operate computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines to cut, shape, and finish raw materials into precise parts and components according to technical drawings and specifications. Key responsibilities include setting up the machinery with knowledge of Fanuk or Haas controls, monitoring the machining process, performing quality control to ensure accuracy, and work with our CNC Programmers in conducting routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
